This policy is a part of our Terms of Use. As buyer, by selling on our marketplace, you are agreeing to this policy and our terms of Use.

Each seller on Ekacy marketplace is runing and mananging their own shop, inventory, orders and payments. If you have any questions, plesae kindly contact the seller directly, the seller will reply to you soon, the seller may be located in another country with different time zone from your area, so that normally you will receive the seller's reply within 24 hours, please wait with your kind patience!

Seller can answer questions about:
**Items details.
**Shipping information.
**Tracking information.
**Return and exchange policies.
**Order issues and detail.

You will contact the seller by using our marketplace on-site messeges system, this messages system is very easy to use, it is like your email box, the detail on how to contact seller and read the seller's answers to your questions, please click here to visit buyer tools!

If you already placed an order and made the payment, but has a trouble which is "never received the item" or "the item isn't as describled", you might consider filing a case and our team will investigate the case within 6 days to assist to slove the problem. You can find the button access "file a case" at right bottom on your order detail receipt page. For detail, please visit the buyer tools page!
Shipping internationally:
All the items sold througth our marketplace will be shipped by fast shipping ways internationally all over the world which is including: fedex, DHL, UPS, USPS, sf-express, Toll and other shipping ways! The shipping time for these shipping ways from the date after the item shipped to the date that the item delivered are as below:

**1-3days all over the world.
**4-6days all over the world.
**7-10days all over the world.
**10-15days all over the world.

Different sellers will use different shipping ways to ship their items, so that the buyers need to read the seller store's shipping policy for the specific shipping way they will use to ship item. But as per our marketplace sellers' policies, all sellers need to use a shipping way which will be with tracking No. which can be used to track the item on the website for tracking the location of the item transportation, after shipping the item, the tracking No. will be added to the order, So that after the item was shipped, buyer sign in the account and locate the order detail receipt to check the shipping information on the right top of the order detail sheet page.

Currently, for keeping buyer safe for payment, we only allow all sellers to accept buyers to pay through paypal only, but paypal will accept buyers to pay by all credit cards, debit cards and so on. That means as a buyer you buy any item on our marketplace, you can make the payment by your credit cards, debit cards or your paypal account deposit etc as well as pay in any currency, but by cards, any of your information of your cards will NOT be seen by the seller which can make you more safer!

All over Ekacy marketplace, US dollar will be the standard currency for payment, if any discrepancy, US DOLLAR will be taken as final and correct. If you make payment through Paypal in your country currency, but paypal may exchange it into US Dollar, so all the currency exchange rate will be Paypal exchange rate as correct and as a standard.

To protect yourself and keep you safe, please follow below steps when shopping:

We provide a variety of tools to help you verify that a seller is reputable. Be sure to check out the seller's reviews, shop policies, about page. Contact the seller by using our marketplace message system to communicate with the seller to clarify any points of confusion. For your own protection, be sure to keep all your communications/messages on our marketplace message system and do not communicate with the seller out of our message system. **Watching the date
Check the shipping time and processing time on your seller shop's policy, use the tracking informaiton to track the transportation status on the site. Remember the date that our marketplace provides a limited window of time for you to file a case as well as that provided by Paypal.

**File a case
In the unlikely event something goes wrong, use our case system to resolve the disputes, such as you never receive the item(s) you bought or the item(s) you received is not as described in the listing, if you are unable to get the resolution with the seller, you may escalate to file a case for resolution by our marketplace team. Whether you are listing items or buying items, discrimination is not allowed. Examples of prohibited behavior on Ekacy include, but are not limited to:

Derogatory or demeaning remarks against protected groups listed above,
Racial slurs,
Posts that support or glorify current or historical hate groups.
